About Carlos Garcia

Carlos Garcia is a bilingual full-stack web engineer and digital marketing strategist based in Miami with over a decade of experience building high-performance digital systems for service businesses. He is the founder of VE Fusion, a performance-based marketing company that partners with local service businesses across South Florida and expanding nationwide.

With a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and certifications spanning SEO strategy, paid media, Google Analytics, and social media marketing, Carlos brings a rare combination of technical depth and marketing strategy to every partnership. He has led web development teams at nationally recognized agencies, built scalable WordPress frameworks deployed across dozens of client sites, and developed real-time monitoring systems protecting mission-critical data for legal and healthcare clients.
